Designed for medium speed production, the former is also ideal for producing Tortellazzo, Saccottini, Faggottini and Pelmeni etc.

Also on show will be the larger 540 Pasta Kneader Sheeter, together with Double Calibrator, part of a complete Lasagne and Cannelloni line.
