We propose more than 12 models, as a stand-alone machine . An extensive range of semi-automatic heat-sealing machines offering throughputs from 2 up to 24 packs per minute. All machines in our range are available for solid sealing, Modified atmosphere (MAP) and Vacuum Skin packages (VSP).

The packages are made by sealing top film and pre-formed tray together in a special sealing die. Different kind of material can be used for different purposes as PP, PE, PS, C-PET, A-PET, EPP, EPET, Cardboard, Alu etc… A quick die set changeover for different kind of tray shapes enables an high flexibility.

All the machines are manufactured in stainless steel in regard of the frame and mechanical components, the tool device is made usually in aluminium for an easy removal, an automatic film unwinding as well as an automatic rewinding of scrap film complete the machine. Finally a User- friendly HMI controller manages heating, sealing and vacuum-gas flush functions when required.

Most of the REEPACK semi-automatic machines operate only with electric source (Eco-line) excluding any pneumatic support. Electrically operated is an ideal system where mobility, servicing and energy saving is a top priority.
