For the pasteurisation of short, long and filled pasta. Designed for small size fresh pasta production and especially those without available direct steam.
The conveyor passes over a water bath heated by electric of gas, followed by a short drying process area to remove surface moisture.
Models available for capacities ranging from 50kg to 100kg/hr or higher.
